We were very impressed with the down to earth friendly attitude of sales and service people. No hard sale pressure, free to look and feel out all the features of the many choices of vehicles available. We left buying what we came for and with the assurance that as we had traveled over 100 miles to get there, the owner would make available her service tech to help with any issues by phone. P.S.
