I like the personable customer service. There is ALWAYS atleast one person at the service center or order station. Prices are a little higher than big chain stores but it is a small town type convenience store. The price you pay for convenience vs driving 30+ min for slightly lower prices. That the business norm. Every business does it not just malones. $1.75 for a 20oz cola vs $1.00 two litres at walmart. 4stars because of prices otherwise great store.
Hard to get service. Staff act as if they are put out to help you. Prices are inflated. Will only shop here if it is a small need and no one else in town has it.
