I bought about $4000 worth of stones (three) in the early to mid 90's. At that time there was a guarenteed buy back which has since been revoked. I sent the stones to them recently and they would not even make an offer. These were not wierd stones. One was a Burma ruby another a neon tourmaline. Not even an offer! What kind of junk do they spew out???
Despite the other "review" they have an A+ bbb rating.
